If customers accept the online ordering service provided by Tlovingcare, they must agree to and accept the following ordering terms in order to enjoy the relevant online ordering and delivery services.
- Customers can choose to check out directly or register an account after purchasing their favorite items. If the customer chooses to register an account and then check out, it will be convenient for the next purchase, check the order status and order records.
- When you fill out the order form, please confirm that the name, email address, phone number and valid address are correct to ensure that the goods arrive at the designated location quickly. Tlovingcare will not be responsible or compensate for any delay or loss caused by the wrong information provided by the customer. The products sold on Tlovingcare's website are all taken in kind, and may be affected by light, environment and printing. The pictures of the products may be slightly different from the actual ones.
- The goods sold on the Tlovingcare website are all imported with original packaging. Occasionally, shipping delays may cause out-of-stock. We are sorry. In the event that the product that the customer has purchased is out of stock, Trovingcare will notify the customer separately and promise to return the refund due to the out of stock within 14 days; sorry for the inconvenience.
- Based on tax differences in different countries, the price of goods does not include local customs or sales taxes.
- All goods sold on the Tlovingcare website are for the private use of customers only, and cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Tlovingcare reserves the right to reject all orders that are suspected of being used for commercial purposes.

Tlovingcare will pack it and deliver it to the delivery company within 2-4 days after receiving the confirmed order. Once the package is sent, it cannot be changed.
