Useful at first sign of a cold. Symptoms may include a runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, sore throat, mild fever, ear pain, tiredness, cough. 

Shake well before use. 3 sprays into mouth every 30 minutes for up to 6 times daily.
